Breezy Teach was established with the aim of making teachers’ lives easier. Teachers will then be freed up to spend more time with their pupils.

The development of our products has been an evolutionary process. In order to keep improving our products we would be grateful for any suggestions or feedback that you may have. A feedback button is provided below.


Use of our product

Breezy Teach’s products are designed for professional use by teachers. We use the Google Apps platform to host our products, which are free at the point of use. Our products should only be used for the purposes for which they were designed.

End User’s Obligations

We have developed our products through investing our own experience and resources. In consideration for the use of the products developed by us, the end user agrees it is the end user’s obligation to:

1. Learn how to use our products for the purposes for which they were designed. Guidance on how to set up and use our products is to be found at https://www.breezyteach.com/. Please read this guidance carefully and watch the videos before using our products;

2. Ensure the data integrity of the data it uses and processes in the use or application of our products;

3. Comply with applicable data protection laws and other legislation: Breezy Teach’s products are designed for the end user to download data into and to allow the end user to process that data. Breezy Teach is not a data processer. It is the end user’s responsibility to ensure that, in using Breezy Teach’s products and processing any data, the end user has complied in full with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements, including data protection laws, as well as any obligations imposed by any professional or other regulatory bodies to which they are subject, together with any relevant internal policies or procedures. No data should be sent to Breezy Teach. If any end user does so, Breezy Teach will inform the end user and immediately delete such data. The end user may be in breach of its own legal, regulatory and professional obligations in doing so;

4. Respect the intellectual property rights of Breezy Teach: Breezy Teach’s products are the result of a considerable investment of time, resource, money and expertise. The end user is licensed to use the products without charge but only on the condition that all the intellectual property rights in Breezy Teach’s products remain exclusively the property of Breezy Teach and the product(s) cannot be used by the end user for any purpose other that for which the product(s) was/were designed.

Liability

Use of the products(s) of Breezy Teach is entirely at the end user’s own risk. Breezy Teach accepts no liability for the use or misuse of any of its products. The end user shall further fully indemnify Breezy Teach in the event of any claim arising out of or in connection with the end user’s use or misuse of any product of Breezy Teach, such indemnity to include all associated legal costs and any award of damages that may be made.

Support

Support has been provided in the form of both a Manual/Guide and instructional videos. This should preclude the need to provide any further instructional support from Breezy Teach.

If the end user does, however, need any additional support, it should contact Breezy Teach. Breezy Tech is under no obligation to provide support but will try to offer such assistance as is practicable given the limited resources of Breezy Teach to fulfil such a function.

In seeking or obtaining support from Breezy Teach, the end user must ensure that it discloses no information or data that would breach any legal obligation to which it may be subject, as well as any data protection and regulatory obligations.

Third party information

For our Add-ons, the user needs to give permission to the Apps Script to make the two processes functional. This is only used to create a copy of the spreadsheet template (which becomes the user’s own copy), Each sheet should contain the statement “Created by: Breezy Teach”.


Google Analytics is a way to record usage and is a tool to improve the products on offer. This is anonymous and there is no personally identifiable information collected. Information may include geographic location or general demographics.

Changes to this policy

Breezy Teach reserves the right to make changes to this terms of use and privacy policy at any time by notifying its users on this page. It is strongly recommended to check this page often.


Jurisdiction

Any disagreement will be governed by the laws of England and Wales and will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
